Our multi-channel retailing platform includes FirstCry’s online platform accessible through our mobile application and website, FirstCry modern stores comprising franchisee-owned, franchisee-operated modern stores (“FOFO”), company-owned and company-operated modern stores (“COCO”) as well as general trade retail distribution. More than 1.5 million SKUs from over 7,500 brands, including third-party Indian brands, global brands, and our home brands.
Our FirstCry mobile application in India had been downloaded more than 120 million times, 97 million times, 70 million times and 48 million times in 2023.We have a network of 1,018 FirstCry and BabyHug modern stores in 508 cities in 28 states and five union territories across India with over 1.99 million square feet of retail space in Year 2023.
We have no identifiable promoter. We maintain robust governance practices, which we believe have been critical to supporting the growth of our business.
