We are the distributor of long and flat steel products in the state of Bihar (India) since 1996, with supportive business model to cater the efficient and timely dispatch of orders. We deal in various steel products like TMT bars, GI sheet, HR sheet, Wire rods, Galvanized Color Coated sheet, Doors, GP sheet, Pipes, Hollow Sections, Screw and more. We have extensive network for distribution for steel products encompassing over 900 dealers. This network serves 29 out of total 38 district in Bihar (Source: CRISIL Report). Our Business model focuses on onboarding new dealers in order to increase our presence in the untapped districts and cities of Bihar.
We have in-house logistics support and material handling equipment’s to support loading/unloading, cutting, shaping, resizing of products according to the dealer’s requirement. To facilitate distribution business, we have 4 stockyards, of which one is located at Purnea (Bihar) and three are located in Patna (Bihar) for storage and distribution of steel products received from primary supplier. Our stockyards help us to maintain sufficient inventory level to meet the demand across Bihar in optimum time.Our Primary Supplier is one of the leading steel and allied products manufacturer.
Our Company has entered into a distributorship agreement with the Primary Supplier for the distribution of steel products which is subject to renewal on regular basis. We efficiently navigate the distribution landscape, our distribution arm has significantly contributed to our financial success, generating a revenue of ₹2,001.81 Crores in fiscal 2022-23 contributing 99.34% of total revenue and ₹1,374.38 Crores representing 98.54% of the totalrevenue for the nine-months period ended on December 31, 2023. Marketing and sales distribution of products are supervised by Area Sales Officer.
The dealer network supplies the products to the end consumer. We have both offline and online platforms to cater the requirement of orders from various districts. The responsibility for overseeing the functions of sales and marketing is entrusted to our Managing Director, Nitin Kishorepuria. His leadership is complemented by a proficient team of marketing professionals who actively engage with customers to foster and maintain strong relationships.
We have 4 Business Managers and Digital Business Manager (Online Platform) who oversees the Area Sales Officer. As on date we have 22 Area Sales Officer (ASO) which deals with the dealers. On an average our one ASO caters to one district. We also have 19 Customer Service.Engineer who report to the Business Managers. The Customer Service Engineer provides insights on technical factors of our product portfolio to the dealers which helps them in marketing the products.
