Under a Special Resolution of our Shareholders passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on October 31, 2022, Interiors and More was converted from a Private Limited Company to a Public Limited Company and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to ‘Interiors & More Limited’ and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent to Conversion was issued on January 06, 2023, by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai.

 Interiors and More also specializes in providing high-quality artificial flowers, props, and other decorative materials for Weddings. Interiors and More was incorporated on 30th, July 2012 and since its inception, our company has been growing at a fast pace.

In 11 years, Interiors and More has grown in terms of sales of artificial green grass manufactured by us in the domestic market and also expanded our portfolio by including import of other home and wedding decor products from China, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, and Indonesia. The innovative and constantly reviewing and thereby altered marketing strategies and adoption of various Marketing models have aided us not only in survival but also in the growth of the Business.

The Business is backed by extensively qualified management and versatile staff. Interiors and More buys from other well-established and renowned companies and sells to businesses engaged in event planning as well as individual customers seeking products to decorate their homes.
